The Story
The new Attenborough series deliberately keeps murkier, plankton-filled, less-polished shots that older productions would have cut. Producers say AI fakery made them lean into “organic” imperfections; BBC commissioning head stated “No gen AI was used in this series. Not a single frame.” It airs November 1.
Why It Matters
