AI “Hot Girls” Are Stealing Stand-Up Bits to Funnel Audiences to Fanvue
“She stole the joke word for word — then linked the laugh to an AI OnlyFans.”
The Story
Comedian Julia Jasunas found her joke — ums and ahs included — performed by “Aylen Skye,” a synthetic blond with 250,000 Instagram followers whose site funnels visitors to Fanvue. WIRED identified eight comics whose viral sets were recast as synthetic women with bigger audiences and an NSFW funnel.
Why It Matters
The human premium for comedy inverted: the joke is real, the body is fake, and the check goes to the fake.
Evidence
WIRED, Oct 16 (Ej Dickson).
