ChatGPT is testing a clone of your voice from Slack, Gmail, and Notion

The Story
OpenAI is testing a ChatGPT “Writing Style” feature that learns your voice from connected apps: Slack for messaging, Gmail for email, Google Drive and Notion for documents. The onboarding copy: “ChatGPT will write in your voice by referencing examples from your connected apps.” OpenAI confirmed the test; no public wide rollout date. Unlike Claude Styles (paste samples), this reads the corpus already sitting in your tools.
Why It Matters
Identity theft as a convenience setting. The model doesn’t need you to describe your voice; it already has your Slack. Pair with reader-revolt / LLM-sentence coverage only as contrast — this is a new artifact: voice as an API permission.
